Hello and welcome to my testimonial website.

Wow it's been some journey since joining Millwall as a 16 year old boy with dreams of being a professional footballer

Like all journeys there have been plenty of ups and downs but I have enjoyed every minute.

I'm proud to have represented Millwall throughout my career and hope that pride has shown through in my performances over the years.

Nothing can beat the feeling I felt when lifting the Play off final trophy. Let's hope we can emulate that achievement by reaching the Premiership sometime soon.

I'm grateful to the club for granting me a testimonial year and would like to celebrate with you by holding five events throughout the year! The number five is important to me and I'm sure you will see that theme developing throughout the coming year.

I would love you to help celebrate my special year with me, even if you cannot attend the events I will be asking for your feedback and running little competitions on here throughout the season.

Signed first professional contract on

9th November 2002
Made debut as a substitute in 2-1 win against Preston North End at the Den.

11th January 2003
Full home debut in 4-0 win against club that released me as a 15year old Watford.

14th January 2003
Scored first goal against Cambridge Utd in FA Cup replay.

Spent two months on loan at Torquay to help recover after cruciate ligament injury making 12 appearances

September 2006
Made Captain by Nigel Spackman in aged 24 and have captained the side ever since.

Won clubs player of the season award in 2007/2008 having missed only one game all season.

In 2009/2010 led Millwall to Play Off final success against Swindon Scoring seven goals in that season including the winning goal in the Play off final on 29th May

First Millwall captain to lift a trophy at Wembley

Captained Millwall to ninth in the Championship 2010/2011

Now approaching 300 appearances scoring 22 goals
